Agent says Premier League club needed £1.5m Celtic star.

Celtic defender Dedryck Boyata was wanted by Fulham, Olympiakos, Fenerbahce in the summer transfer window, says his agent Jacques Lichtenstein.

Dedryck Boyata’s agent has told The Daily Mail that Fulham were among three clubs interested in the Celtic defender in the summer transfer window.

Jacques Lichtenstein has revealed that Premier League club Fulham, Greek side Olympiakos and Turkish outfit Fenerbahce all wanted to sign Boyata from Celtic in the summer transfer window.

The defender’s agent has also disclosed that there were offers for the Belgium international centre-back, who has been on the books of Celtic since the summer of 2015 when he joined from Manchester City for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £1.5 million.
